About Me:: Owner of Wangler Stables and Alpenglow Connemaras. Located in the beautiful Sierra Valley, largest alpine valley in North America. 2008 brings about the beginning of my Connemara journey. I plan on being a breeder and trainer of nice moving Connemaras for dressage and eventing. I love the hardy pony breed for their athleticism as well as the ability to just go have fun on them! She Is Here!!

Wildwych Ophelia arrived at 9:30 pm on Friday the 7th. My daughter lauren and I went down to meet the HUGE tractor trailer truck as there was no way they would get down my muddy road. We were so excited to meet her! When the driver from Nation Wide horse transport opened the door there she was! So cute and a bit smaller then I had thought she would be, but oh so perfect! Waiting for the arrival of.....

Wildwych Ophelia!!! We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of out first pony from Wildwych Connemaras in Colorado! She finally got her vet check after scheduling and rescheduling as Colorado has had snow and ice like I have! Thom , the vet , tried very hard to find something to get excited about, but he said he just couldn't. She is perfect!! Ophelia is coming three, so my daughter and I will be busy getting her started lightly under saddle and teaching her to pony so she can go out on the trail… Continue
